Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

  • We use USPS Ground Advantage for all shipments to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are determined by our carrier, USPS, at checkout.
  • A $0.50 handling and packaging adjustment is applied to each order.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days after the order is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If an issue occurs, please contact USPS directly with your tracking information.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim.
