Return Policy
At Local Elves, we want you to love your ornament. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your ornament must be:
- In the same condition you received it, unused
- In its original packaging, with all original tags
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Starting a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@localelves.com. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. There will be no restocking fee and there will be a $5.00 flat return shipping. Please note that returns should be sent to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging, but if your ornament arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can make it right and send you a new ornament right away.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom or personalized ornaments cannot be returned. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sales and are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your ornament, the fastest way is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to return your ornament for any reason. As with all returns, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
